Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

Tech Data has merged with Synnex

• As part of this merger, the Tech Data API has been shut down. As a consequence, we have removed Tech Data electronic ordering from Kaseya Quote Manager. On a future date, we will also disable the Tech Data product feeds in applicable regions.

Integrations

• We’ve improved the ConnectWise PSA opportunity sync by ensuring that data syncs from the related sales order, if available.
• We found a case where ConnectWise PSA opportunity sync was failing, so we now explicitly set the Bill To and Ship To site and contact to avoid the situation.
• We've improved our logging during sync to QuickBooks Online to help us diagnose future sync issues.

Other improvements

• We've increased the allowed size for incoming product feeds via email from 30 MB to 60 MB.
• We've increased the priority of electronic purchase order submission jobs to ensure purchase orders are sent within a few seconds of approval.
• We have removed a potential security vulnerability in the case that a team member is deactivated or reactivated.

Fixes

• We fixed a case where, in certain circumstances, the QuoteSection API endpoint returned internal sever errors.
• We fixed a problem where saving changes to QuickBooks Online sync settings would fail for some United States and Canada partners.
