Kaseya Quote Manager release notes
Major platform upgrade
We have started rolling out a major technical upgrade to the platform. This upgrade is the latest iteration of the Microsoft technology stack that powers Kaseya Quote Manager and our Azure infrastructure. This culmination of work we started two years ago is the most significant update we've made to our platform in that time. The update will provide improved performance, scalability, security, and reliability and ensure the platform is modern and nimble, helping us evolve Kaseya Quote Manager into the future with the quality our partners expect.
This update, which affects every part of the platform, will be rolled out to partners progressively over the coming weeks. We expect the rollout to be completed by June 1.
Product feeds
- Dynamic Supplies has changed its product feed format. We've updated the importer to match this new format. Refer to Dynamic Supplies.
- We've added support for Go Wireless NZ product feeds in Australia. Refer to Go Wireless NZ.
API
- We've extensively updated the public Kaseya Quote Manager API documentation to make it simpler and easier for our partners to make use of our API features.
Other improvements
- The way that our United States and Canada tax calculation provider, TaxJar, calculates tax on line items can lead to one-cent-off rounding errors. We now perform one of the calculations ourselves to eliminate these errors.
- We now better handle real-time pricing and stock availability from supplier APIs to eliminate cases where an API fault could impact procurement.
