Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

Product search

We’ve improved the product search experience during quoting and in any instance that you need to add a product to a transaction.

We now display product availability directly in search results, including a breakdown of stock by supplier and warehouse. We've also added new filter options to give partners better control over search results.

This update is available to all partners on the new .NET Core version of Kaseya Quote Manager. Refer to Update on .NET Core rollout.

Autotask integration

We’ve improved how we sync customer addresses to Autotask.

We previously synced address lines in Kaseya Quote Manager to Address Line 1 in Autotask. We now separate the Kaseya Quote Manager address lines and sync to both address lines in Autotask. This improves the sync experience for partners who rely on multiple-line addresses.

Product feeds

  • We've added support for CDW product feeds in the United States and Canada (instructions coming soon to this Help system).
  • The Change Organisation has changed its product feed format. We've updated the importer to match this new format. Refer to The Change Organisation.

Other improvements

  • Starting with this release, we allow only a single product importer to be configured per supplier. While this was previously not supported, the user interface permitted it. For the small number of partners who have configured multiple product feeds for a single supplier, we will soon remove the duplicates.
  • We’ve altered the behavior of product-specific coupons. They now apply only to the product price and do not discount shipping costs.

Fixes

  • We fixed an issue that was causing names to be incorrectly considered duplicates when syncing to Xero, leading to unnecessary numbers being appended to the names.
  • We fixed an issue that was causing the Opportunity field on a new quote to be cleared if the quote was edited before it was first saved.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented a new product from being saved if serialization was enabled for the product before it was first saved.
  • We fixed an issue that could prevent an error message from being displayed when duplicate serial numbers have been entered.
  • We fixed an issue for a small number of tenants that caused an error when saving large quotes.

Update on .NET Core rollout

Two weeks ago, we started rolling out a major platform update to partners. To date, approximately 250 partners are migrated to the new platform. We plan to roll out the update to all remaining partners over the next few days.
