Kaseya Quote Manager release notes
Autotask integration
- We’ve streamlined how we handle tax when syncing to Autotask. As a result, we no longer require a Tax category or Tax region to be configured during setup and instead rely on billing codes. Billing codes can be set per product type for when a product needs to be created in Autotask. If a product already exists in Autotask, Kaseya Quote Manager will use the billing code defined on that product.
- Credit card payment surcharges are now synced to Autotask tickets and opportunities. We’ve added a new billing code option on the setup page to facilitate this.
- We no longer sync $0 shipping charges to Autotask and will now remove existing $0 shipping charges if we encounter them during synchronization.
Performance
We’ve made significant improvements to the performance of Kaseya Quote Manager. On average, we have improved page load speed by 300-400% on our most frequently visited pages, and all other pages have seen a solid performance boost.
Product feeds
Comsol (Australia) has changed the domain name for downloading product images. We've updated the supplier product feed importer to use the new domain.
Other improvements
- We’ve improved the security of the Online Store to address a potential vulnerability we detected as part of our regular penetration testing.
- The Xero sync setup page will now display a meaningful error if we are unable to connect to the Xero API for any reason. The most common reason this occurs is due to exceeding Xero API daily rate limits.
