Product quick-view on quotes

When a user clicks on a product while viewing a finished quote, we now display an on-screen quick-view rather than opening the applicable product page in the Online Store.

Other improvements

When accepting a team invitation that has expired or already been used, we now display an error message explaining the issue and next steps.
