Fully disconnecting an app integration

You can now fully delete and reconnect an app integration if migrating from a sandbox to production Professional Services Automation (PSA) or accounting system or if migrating from ConnectWise to Autotask.

This change introduces a Delete app option and replaces the previous app disconnection feature. If an integration is disconnected for any reason, a Reconnect option will become available. If Kaseya Quote Manager detects that you are reconnecting to a different instance of PSA or accounting system, the existing association will be fully deleted before the reconnection occurs.

Other improvements

• We've added support for LambdaTek product feeds in the United Kingdom (instructions coming soon to this Help system).
• We've fixed a rare case that could cause a quote to sync to an existing opportunity instead of creating a new one.
