Kaseya Quote Manager release notes
Supplier recommendations
Kaseya Quote Manager now supports supplier-recommended products, initially for Lenovo in the United and Canada. Certain products will be marked as recommended, receive a higher rank in search results, and be clearly marked with a badge to indicate their status as recommended products.
This feature will provide a number of benefits for both suppliers and customers. For suppliers, it provides a way to promote their own products and help them stand out. Customers benefit from the added visibility of recommended products, making it easier for them to find and purchase products that have been endorsed by the supplier. This feature will enhance the overall quoting experience and make it easier for customers to discover the best products in Kaseya Quote Manager.
Automatic login to the Admin Center
To help streamline the admin login process, Kaseya Quote Manager internal users will be automatically taken to the Admin Center instead of the Online Store upon logging in.
Product descriptions on purchase orders
Kaseya Quote Manager now supports product descriptions on purchase orders, allowing for a more comprehensive view of purchased products.
Product descriptions will automatically transfer from quotes and sales orders, saving you time and ensuring that purchase orders are consistently up to date. This will also ensure that quotes and sales orders sync with QuickBooks Online, Xero, ConnectWise PSA, and supplier APIs for Ingram Micro and Synnex, making it easier to track and manage purchase orders.
Notification improvements
The total number of notifications displayed by the Notifications icon in the left navigation menu will be automatically updated when new notifications arrive. Unread (not yet clicked) notifications are now displayed in bold text to facilitate prioritization of action-items.
Other improvements
More descriptive messaging is displayed upon cancelling the process of connecting to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Fixes
- We fixed an issue that could cause the product quick-view in a quote to display the wrong product.
- We fixed an issue that caused an error page to appear after deleting a quote block and saving the quote.
