Supercharge your workflows with the enhanced Autotask integration

The new Autotask integration is packed with updates to improve your workflows and streamline your business.

IMPORTANT  Kaseya Quote Manager users will be migrated to the new Autotask integration starting mid-December 2022 through February 2023. Once you have been migrated, all new features will become automatically available and the new Autotask insights will be automatically switched on.

Using Autotask insights to access Kaseya Quote Manager data

Quote Manager insights are now available directly in Autotask opportunities and tickets. Refer to Opportunity insights and Ticket insights in the Autotask Online Help. The following insight features allow for quick visibility and easy management of your workflows between Autotask and Quote Manager:

  • One-click access to signed quotes and related transactions
  • The ability to create, view, and edit quotes directly from an Autotask opportunity
  • The ability to view and edit sales orders and purchase orders from an Autotask opportunity or ticket

Won Opportunity Wizard

You can now launch the Autotask Won Opportunity Wizard for a won quote from within Kaseya Quote Manager. This new feature streamlines the process of creating won opportunity records.

Category defaults

You can now assign a default category to opportunities, tickets, and customers created by Kaseya Quote Manager. Refer to Introduction to Categories in the Autotask Online Help.

Account locations

All your Autotask account locations will now be synced as shipping addresses in Kaseya Quote Manager. This update allows you to easily manage and fulfill orders to multiple locations. You can assign which location should be used as the default shipping address for customer orders and easily switch between addresses to fulfill orders to the desired location.

Pay on account

To help improve billing process efficiency, all customers will have the Can pay on account toggle turned on by default. If you choose to manually turn off this setting, you will have the option to revert back to the original payment settings for all Autotask customers.

We’ve improved the performance and reliability of the Autotask integration to ensure your business-critical data is kept in sync in a timely manner.
