Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

The latest updates to Kaseya Quote Manager include the seamless integration with Kaseya Help and an improved template management workflow.

Kaseya Help integration

You can now log in directly to Kaseya Help (helpdesk.kaseya.com) from Kaseya Quote Manager. All users, even those without accounts, can access and search Kaseya Help from Kaseya Quote Manager and, if required, raise a support request. The integration between Kaseya Help and Kaseya Quote Manager provides a smoother and more convenient experience for users to access and search Kaseya Help directly from within Kaseya Quote Manager.

Improved Quote Template management workflow

The process to create quotes has improved with a new full-page tiled layout for quote templates, providing a cleaner and more intuitive experience for selecting the right template. When creating a quote from Autotask, the opportunity, delivery address, and customer information will be automatically pre-populated in Kaseya Quote Manager, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Refreshed Quote Templates layout

The quote templates have undergone a visual refresh, with the default template now appearing as the first tile and all other templates organized in alphabetical order.

The functionality to set a quote template as the default has also improved - simply click Set default and select a template.
