Supplier product feed specifications
NOTE This article is intended to serve as general guidance for suppliers that are in the process of integrating with Kaseya Quote Manager.
Product feeds manage product catalogs, including SKU creation and obsolescence. Once a feed is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager, it automatically keeps a supplier's products, pricing, and stock updated.
A product feed in CSV format (compressed or uncompressed) can be emailed to a Kaseya Quote Manager partner or imported from a URL or an FTP/SFTP server.
We suggest including the following fields in the spreadsheet. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for a viable feed.
- Brand*
- Description*
- Cost*
- Manufacturer Part Number*
- Supplier Part Number
- RRP
- Title
- Weight
- Stock on hand (either a specific quantity or general stock level, such as None / Low / High)
- Image URL
- Extended description
- Category
- SKU type (Physical / Non-physical)
IMPORTANT While not mandatory for a viable feed, the Supplier Part Number column is necessary for the products to be saved in Kaseya Quote Manager.
IMPORTANT For each product, the Supplier Part Number and Manufacturer Part Number values must be unique for the import to succeed.
