Introducing the KaseyaOne integration

You can now enable Kaseya IT Complete in Kaseya Quote Manager to access all Unified Login features of KaseyaOne. To learn more, refer to KaseyaOne integration.

Unified Login with IT Complete

Log in to Kaseya Quote Manager with your Kaseya IT Complete login credentials for streamlined access to Datto and Kaseya modules.

From the Admin Center, enable the feature in Settings > Team.

The options for local and AuthWeb login will remain available to all partners.

Cooper Intelligence Engine

Once IT Complete has been enabled, the Cooper Intelligence Engine will automatically provide guidance on how you can better leverage Kaseya Quote Manager. Each actionable insight serves up tips and resources for achieving higher profitability and productivity. Starting out, Kaseya Quote Manager is launching the following six Cooper insights:

• Your quote win rate is low compared to other partners in your region.

• Electronic ordering is available but not yet enabled for a supplier.
• The Lenovo integration is available but not yet enabled.
• No quote templates have been created.
• Quote templates are missing for your most commonly sold products and services.
• Automated procurement, which helps speed supply and increase transaction reliability, has not been activated.
