Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

We're excited to announce the release of the following enhancements and bug fixes.

Enhancements

Sales tax for Canadian provinces

It is now possible to configure sales tax for individual provinces in Canada. Refer to Setting tax rates.

Blank Last login field on Teams page

If a user has never logged into the platform, then the user's last login date in the Teams page now shows 'Never' - previously the Last login field was blank.

Recommended accessories shown when "limited range" feature is enabled

If the online store is configured to only show recommended products, then only recommended accessories will be displayed for a product now.

New lookup by order number added to PurchaseOrder API

We've added a new option to the PurchaseOrder endpoint in the API to allow POs to be found by order number.

Sales order shown when redirected from an Autotask Opportunity

When being redirected from a quote in Autotask to Kaseya Quote Manager, the relevant sales order is now shown if no quote exists on the Quote Manager side. This case occurs if a sale is made directly from the online store where no Quote Manager quote exists.

Improved GfK description formatting

We've improved the way that product descriptions are rendered to cater for changes to GfK product data.

Improved quote editor layout for small devices

We have improved the quote editor user experience on smaller devices.

Bug fixes

  • Duplicate products created in Autotask. We fixed an issue that could cause duplicate products to be created in quotes synced to Autotask when a new product was manually created and used in a specific way.

  • Resolve logic error in Xero purchase order sync. In certain instances, the logic for ensuring that invoice numbers are unique when syncing to Xero didn't behave as intended. This issue has been resolved.

  • Images distorted in Quote Blocks. We fixed an issure that could cause images inserted into quote blocks to be drawn with the wrong aspect ratio.

  • MultiChoice block toggle inconsistencies. Previously it was possible to get a quote into an inconsitent state by making particular edits around MultiChoice quote blocks, but we've added logic now to automatically detect and fix these situations.
