Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:

Enhancements

Ingram Micro supplier feed support for the Netherlands region

Kaseya Quote Manager users based in the Netherlands can now import products using Ingram Micro. Refer to Ingram Micro for more information.

FlexIT added as a new supported supplier

Kaseya Quote Manager users based in the Netherlands can now import products from FlexIT Distribution. Refer to FlexIT for more information.

Quotes now able to be viewed in Danish

When organizations view quotes, the product block headers and the Accept Quote block can now be viewed in the Danish language.

Organization addresses now paginated

When an organization contains more than ten addresses, you now have the ability to navigate through the pages.

Fixes

This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

  1. An issue causing failed sync error messages to appear as a single large message has been resolved. The error message will now display an itemized list if and when multiple errors occur.

  2. An error occurred when creating an opportunity in Kaseya Quote Manager for a newly created Autotask customer that hadn't yet synced. This issue has been resolved.

  3. An error message was displayed when attempting to view an organization with a large number of contacts. This has been addressed and resolved.

  4. A false message appeared requiring users to select a resource when the Autotask ticket sync was disabled. This issue has been resolved.
