Obtaining a product feed

Contact Cellnet to request a product feed in the Kaseya Quote Manager format. Cellnet will issue the feed via email to your Kaseya Quote Manager feed address.

Vendor configuration

  1. Log in to your Cellnet account and go to Tools > B2B Services.
  2. Select the Email delivery method and enter your Kaseya Quote Manager feed address. The format of the address is [your company name]@productfeeds.kaseyaquotemanager.com.

    3. NOTE  You can configure your recipient email address on the Cellnet website. Contact your Cellnet account manager for assistance. FTP or HTTP configuration is also available on the Cellnet portal and in Kaseya Quote Manager.

  3. Select the CSV file format.
  4. Click Save.

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
  2. Search for Cellnet in the Search suppliers box and click the Cellnet Supplier # to open its page.
  3. In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
  4. From the Format drop-down menu, select Cellnet.
  5. From the Source drop-down menu, select Email.
  6. Leave the sender email address (Import feed if sender email contains) field blank.
  7. In the email subject line (or subject contains) field, enter Your Cellnet Data Feed (or as specified on the Cellnet portal).
  8. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.

NOTE  Request for the schedule to be set for weekdays. We recommend selecting the off-peak time of 1 AM.

NOTE  Email product feeds are processed automatically when received by the product feed mailbox of your platform. This mailbox appears on the bottom of the Product feed setup screen in the following format: [your company name]@productfeeds.kaseyaquotemanager.com
