Obtaining a product feed

Email Exclusive Networks to request a product feed and password. Provide your Exclusive Networks account number when doing so.

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
  2. Search for Exclusive Networks in the Search suppliers box and click the Exclusive Networks Supplier # to open its page.
  3. In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
  4. From the Format drop-down menu, select Exclusive Networks Pty Ltd.
  5. From the Source drop-down menu, select Ftp.
  6. In the ftp:// field, enter the following URL: 43.225.144.210/upload/[account number]_pricefeed.zip
  7. In the Username field, enter the following username: balrog
  8. In the Password field, enter the password provided by Exclusive Networks.
  9. Select the interval (daily or weekly) and time for the product feed to update. We recommend setting an off-peak schedule.
  10. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.

Obtaining a product feed

Email Denis Valente to request a product feed. Provide your Exclusive Networks account number when doing so.

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
  2. Search for Exclusive Networks in the Search suppliers box and click the Exclusive Networks Supplier # to open its page.
  3. In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
  4. From the Format drop-down menu, select Exclusive Networks.
  5. From the Source drop-down menu, select Ftp.
  6. In the ftp:// field, enter the following URL: ftp://43.225.144.210/upload/[xxxx]_pricefeed.zip

    7. IMPORTANT  Replace [xxxx] with the code provided by Denis Valente.

  7. In the Username field, enter the following username: balrog
  8. In the Password field, enter the following password: @"9,Z]:E3mpLt*H
  9. Select the interval (daily or weekly) and time for the product feed to update. We recommend setting an off-peak schedule.
  10. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
