Obtaining a product feed

Contact your iWorld account manager to arrange a product feed URL. 

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
  2. Search for iWorld in the Search suppliers box and click the iWorld Supplier # to open its page.
  3. In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
  4. From the Format drop-down menu, select iWorld.
  5. From the Source drop-down menu, select Http.
  6. In the text box next to http://, enter the generic feed URL provided by iWorld.
  7. We recommend scheduling your import for weekday mornings after 9 AM. Choose an offset time to avoid overloading the server, such as 9:12 AM.
  8. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
