Getting started with MMT

To sign up to MMT and become an MMT Partner today, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the following website: https://www.mmt.com.au/datto.

  2. Click on Become a Reseller Today.

  3. Complete the fields on the Reseller Application form that opens and then click Submit.

Obtaining a product feed

The instructions to create an MMT Kaseya Quote Manager data feed link are as follows:

  1. Go to the MMT website and log in to your MMT account.

  2. Go to the Account tab and click Datafeed to open the Data Feed page.

  3. In the Download Your Pricelist section of the Data Feed page, select Comma Separated (.csv) from the File Type drop-down menu.

  4. Then select the following check boxes in the following order:

    1. Thumbnail URL

    2. Unit Measure

    3. Status No.

    4. Standard Image URL

    5. Dot Points

    6. Weight

    7. Location

    8. Large Image URL

    9. ETA

    10. Status

    11. Barcode

  5. In the Link Generator section, click Generate and then click Copy to Clipboard.

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
  2. Search for Multimedia Technology in the Search suppliers box and click the Multimedia Technology Supplier # to open its page.
  3. In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
  4. From the Format drop-down menu, select Multimedia Technology.
  5. From the Source drop-down menu, select Http.
  6. In the text box next to http://, enter the URL provided by MMT.
  7. MMT product feeds are generally updated by midnight. Set a weekday sync schedule for after midnight.
  8. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
