Obtaining a product feed

In order to request a username and password necessary to set up a Newegg product feed in Kaseya Quote Manager, complete the following steps:

  1. If you have not already, register for a Newegg Business Account.
  2. Download the Newegg NDA and sign the second page of the agreement.
  3. Send both pages of the signed document and the following account information to Newegg:
    • company name
    • customer number
    • merchant number
    • website link
    • operations contact information (names, emails, phone numbers)
    • business contact information (names, emails, phone numbers)
    • full business address, including unit number
  4. Complete the Newegg Net Terms Application.
  5. Provide a decision for the freight account you wish to use.

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
  2. Search for Newegg in the Search suppliers box and click the Newegg Supplier # to open its page.
  3. In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
  4. From the Format drop-down menu, select Newegg.
  5. From the Source drop-down menu, select Ftp.
  6. In the text box next to ftp://, enter the following URL: ftp02.newegg.com/Outbound/Inventory/Inventory.csv
  7. Enter your product feed username and password provided by Newegg.
  8. Select the interval (daily or weekly) and time for the product feed to update. We recommend setting an off-peak schedule. Contact your Newegg representative to determine the optimal interval and time for your feed.
  9. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
