Obtaining a product feed
Contact your Synnex account manager to arrange that a product feed (standard or premium) be created and sent to an email address on your domain.
IMPORTANT Synnex will not send their product feed outside of your domain. You'll need to request that Synnex email their product feed to an email address on your domain. Then, you can auto-forward the feed to [your company name]@productfeeds.kaseyaquotemanager.com. Learn how to auto-forward an email.
Vendor configuration
Synnex issues product feeds for products, licenses, and Electronic Software Download (ESD). Configuring one importer supports all three types of product feed files.
The importer will automatically detect whether the received feed is basic or premium and then import data accordingly.
Kaseya Quote Manager configuration
BEFORE YOU BEGIN Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.
- From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
- Search for Synnex in the Search suppliers box and click the Synnex Supplier # to open its page.
- In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
- From the Format drop-down menu, select Synnex.
- From the Source drop-down menu, select Email.
- In the sender email address (Import feed if sender email contains) field, enter: noreply@au.synnex-grp.com
- In the email subject line (or subject contains) field, enter: Product Report
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
NOTE Email product feeds are processed automatically when received by the product feed mailbox of your platform. This mailbox appears on the bottom of the Product feed setup screen in the following format: [your company name]@productfeeds.kaseyaquotemanager.com

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration
BEFORE YOU BEGIN Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.
- From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
- Search for Synnex in the Search suppliers box and click the Synnex Supplier # to open its page.
- In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
- From the Format drop-down menu, select Synnex.
- From the Source drop-down menu, select Email.
- In the sender email address (Import feed if sender email contains) field, enter: noreply@nz.synnex-grp.com
- In the email subject line (or subject contains) field, enter: Product Report
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
