Obtaining a product feed

  1. Select Data Feed on your XiTD portal, available after the close of business for new accounts.

  2. Select the second, middle feed option: Tab-delimited Product Feed - Full (v2).
  3. Copy the URL for use in Kaseya Quote Manager.

Kaseya Quote Manager configuration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  Before setting up the data import, ensure that the supplier is configured in Kaseya Quote Manager. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers . Refer to Adding suppliers and product feeds for instructions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Suppliers .
  2. Search for XiT in the Search suppliers box and click the XiT Supplier # to open its page.
  3. In the Product feed section, click Enable feed to open the configuration page.
  4. From the Format drop-down menu, select XiT.
  5. From the Source drop-down menu, select Http.
  6. In the text box next to http://, paste the URL from the XiT website.
  7. Schedule your import weekly, early morning after the product feed is updated by the supplier.
  8. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
