Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

MPN visibility

We've added the ability to show or hide the product Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) in the Online Store and quotes. Refer to Showing or hiding Manufacturer Part Numbers.

Settings UX enhancement

We've streamlined and modernized the user experience on all Kaseya Quote Manager settings pages. Every settings page now includes navigation that allows for easy access to all settings pages. Refer to Configuring basic settings.

Fixes

• We found a case in which the Xero invoice sync was failing with duplicate invoice number errors, so we now handle the case in which Xero contains an invoice number that differs by text casing to the one we are creating.
• We found that setting the BillTo Company and site on ConnectWise PSA opportunities was causing issues for partners. We no longer set these fields and allow ConnectWise to use its default.
• We've fixed an issue with the ConnectWise PSA sync that, in certain cases, caused the opportunity to be set with the incorrect status.
• We've improved how we send special characters to the Ingram Micro API to resolve some rare electronic ordering issues.
