Kaseya Quote Manager release notes

The Kaseya Quote Manager team is excited to announce the following improvements:

Enhancements

Option to sync Manufacturer Part Number or Product Title to Autotask

We've introduced a new Product Name field for the Opportunities and Tickets synchronization configuration pages. This new field provides the option to sync either the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) or Product Title to Autotask. Opting to sync the MPN to the Product Title in Autotask ensures that when Autotask syncs with QuickBooks, the MPN will be used in the Product Title thereby avoiding any truncation issues — previously, product titles were truncated in QuickBooks due to character limits. You can continue to retain the sync as-is where the product title from Kaseya Quote Manager syncs to the corresponding field in Autotask. Refer to the following:
