Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes
The Kaseya Quote Manager team is excited to announce the following improvements and/or fixes:
Enhancements
Ability to decline quotes
Kaseya Quote Manager end users now have the ability to decline a received quote. This enhancement streamlines end user-MSP communication by providing a built-in mechanism for quote declination, reducing communication delays and improving the overall user experience.

When a quote recipient declines the quote, they will be asked for their name and a reason for declining the quote.
After declining the quote, the name and the reason will appear in the admin view of the quote.
NOTE The decline reason for a quote is optional.
Quote Notifications for Declined Quotes
Notifications can now be sent to email addresses or to a quote owner. The notifications can be configured on the Notifications tab in Admin settings. Refer to Enabling email notifications.
New Theme color
A new Danger color scheme has been added to the available colors on the Theme page. Refer to Customizing your theme and product range.
Fixes
This release addresses minor bug fixes and improvements to the UI experience. These fixes and improvements include, but are not limited to:

An issue that caused Kaseya Quote Manager to freeze when using auto-fill to complete the contact field has been addressed and resolved.

When a linked opportunity was deleted in Autotask, it prevented the Kaseya Quote Manager quote to be linked to a new opportunity. This issue has been addressed and resolved.

Quote approval rules were being applied to quotes that did not qualify. This issue has been addressed and resolved.

An issue that prevented a supplier from being saved on the supplier page if the supplier listed multiple email addresses has been addressed and resolved.

Disabling and re-enabling the Organizations sync in the QuickBooks Online app, caused organization names with accented letters to be renamed without accents. This issue has been addressed and resolved.

If a quote had already been sent and viewed, changing the quote owner and resending the quote caused the initial owner's name to still appear in the Send window. This issue has been addressed and resolved.
