Kaseya Quote Manager release notes
Cost price for services
The new option to set cost prices for services facilitates tracking of profit and margin. Refer to Type in Adding and managing products and services and Cost* in Quoting from the Admin Center.
Autotask sync improvements
- We now support a two-way sync of services to and from Autotask, including the new service cost price field.
- When syncing to Autotask, optional and multi-choice items that were not selected on finished quotes are excluded. This ensures that quote totals accurately reflect the values in Kaseya Quote Manager.
Synnex (Australia) product feed importer
Configuration of a single importer now supports all three Synnex product feed files (products, licenses, and ESD), eliminating the previous need to set up to three product feeds for this supplier. Refer to Synnex (Australia).
Other improvements
- Descriptions from quote line items now sync with ConnectWise PSA.
- ConnectWise PSA allows duplicate company names, which prevented a partner from accessing their ConnectWise Purchase Order settings page. Kaseya Quote Manager will now accept duplicate company names on the settings page.
Fixes
- We fixed a problem that could result in the inability to delete a quote in certain circumstances.
- We fixed a problem that caused files with uppercase characters uploaded by a partner to become inaccessible.
- Manually updating quote line item Profit now works as expected.
- Supplier names are now correctly adjusted for uniqueness during synchronization to Xero.
- Purchase order numbers are now truncated to 18 characters for sending to the Ingram Micro API.
