Inventory reporting

SECURITY  Kaseya Quote Manager internal users assigned to the Sales role or Purchasing role must have the Reports check box selected in order to access reports. To manage user roles and permissions, refer to Team.

This article describes the Inventory summary report, which provides detailed data on inventory carried in stock on any specified date.

Data columns

The following table outlines the columns of data available to include or omit in your Inventory summary reports.

Column Description
Warehouse

The name of the warehouse carrying the product. Refer to Adding warehouses.

Product

The Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) of the product. Click the MPN to open the product detail page. Refer to Adding and managing products and services.

Brand

The brand of the product. Refer to Brand in Adding and managing products and services.

Title

The title of the product.

Category The category of the product. Refer to Category in Adding and managing products and services.

Sub category

The sub-category of the product. Refer to Category in Adding and managing products and services.

Unit cost

The cost per unit of the product.

Quantity

The product quantity contained in inventory.

Total cost

The total cost of the product in inventory (that is, the product's unit cost multiplied by the quantity contained in inventory).

NOTE  You can also view in-stock inventory at a glance by Filtering products by Warehouse on your Products landing page. To review inventory details for a specific product, click the product's MPN to open the product detail page and navigate to the Warehouses section.
