Uploading files
NAVIGATION Left navigation menu > Settings 
> Files
SECURITY Standard, Sales, and Purchasing roles cannot have the settings check box selected - only admin users can access settings.
Uploading files in Kaseya Quote Manager is similar to storing files in a mainstream cloud storage solution, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
Examples of files you may want to upload include images, PDFs, and spreadsheets.
You can link files in a quote, in a product description, or on your Online Store home page or a landing page. Or, share a file directly with an organization or team member by copying and pasting the file URL into an email or other message.
How to...
Upload a file
- From the left navigation menu, click Settings > Files.
- Click Upload file and select a file from your device.
Kaseya Quote Manager will complete the upload and automatically generate a unique URL for the file.
View a file
From the Files page, view an uploaded file within a web page by clicking the File name.
Share or display a file
- From the Files page, click the Link button
for a file to automatically copy the URL. - Paste the file URL wherever you wish to share it, such as the following:
- in a quote: Building a standard quote template
- in a product description: Description in Adding and managing products and services
- on your Online Store home page: Slideshow in Customizing your theme and product range
- in your Online Store footer: Linking to a specific URL in Managing footer links
- on a landing page: Creating landing pages
- in a message through Mailchimp or a direct email
Delete a file
- From the Files page, click the More icon
for the file. - Click Delete.
