Connecting process apps

Overview

Integrating Kaseya Quote Manager with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) or accounting system will help you manage your ecommerce processes. For a complete overview, refer to Processing.

The following apps are available for integration within your Admin Center:

  • Autotask
  • ConnectWise PSA
  • Xero
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Microsoft Teams

Initial installation

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  You must have an existing account associated with the apps you wish to install.

Install one or more of the apps in Kaseya Quote Manager as follows:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Apps .
  2. Click the applicable app tile.
  3. Click Install App.
  4. Connect to the app by entering your login credentials.

Alternative processing options

Using a different PSA system

Configure a notification to create a ticket in that system when a sales order is created in Kaseya Quote Manager. Refer to Managing sales and supply.

Not using a PSA system

Send a CSV file with all organization details to the Kaseya Quote Manager support team for importing. The CSV file should contain all organization contacts, email addresses and phone numbers, delivery address(es), and whether or not each organization should have the option to pay on account.

Disconnecting an app integration

While an app is connected to Kaseya Quote Manager, you have the flexibility to enable or disable specific sync entities that are part of the integration. You also have the option to completely disconnect an app from Kaseya Quote Manager. To do so, click Delete app in the upper-right corner of the respective sync configuration page. Selecting this option permanently removes all mappings between the two systems and cannot be undone. The option to reconnect the app will remain available following disconnection.
