Pricing
Kaseya Quote Manager marks up a product or service SKU based on the least expensive available supply.
The following factors influence a price at any time:
- supplier availability (Kaseya Quote Manager disregards the price of a less expensive supplier without stock)
- supplier status (Kaseya Quote Manager disregards the price of offline suppliers)
- inventory held in stock
- bid pricing
NOTE Refer to Adjusting supplier status to learn how to take a supplier offline or de-prioritize a supplier.

|
Hidden price (call for pricing) |

|
Bundle price |
Combine any number of product and service SKUs for your organizations to order as a single SKU. You can customize the price of a bundle as fixed or variable, based on the changing cost of the items comprising the bundle. |
|
Bid price |
Kaseya Quote Manager manages bid pricing and supply, also known as supplier quoted pricing. When you configure a bid, Kaseya Quote Manager automatically offers the bid price in quotes and the Online Store. NOTE If a Quoted price is higher than a bid price, the quoted price overrides the bid price. |
|
A quoted price automatically displays in the Online Store or subsequent quotes. Quoted pricing applies to the relevant organization from an active quote. If the same SKU is quoted multiple times at different prices, Kaseya Quote Manager will display the highest price quoted to an organization. |
Final sell price
The following final pricing framework applies to all orders in the Online Store and in quotes:
Any order's final sell price is the normal sell price, based on the margins you set, minus any configured organization group discounts. Kaseya Quote Manager will opt for a bid price, if available. However, if the (active) quoted price is higher than the bid price, the quoted price overrides the bid price.
For GST, the final price is rounded up to the nearest $1, including tax.
NOTE You can control whether or not organizations see tax displayed during checkout. Refer to Display prices including tax.
You also have the option to override default pricing by setting a fixed price (custom sell price) for any product. Refer to Set a fixed price.
Payment options
In Kaseya Quote Manager, you can accept instant credit card payments, payments on account, or prepaid (manual) payments from your organizations.
