Kaseya Quote Manager Release Notes
Current release
Previous releases
2021
December
December 16
- We've updated and streamlined the product feed setup experience, providing enhanced on-screen guidance. The system now monitors URL validity in order to prevent the production of nonfunctional product feeds. Refer to Managing and monitoring supplier product feeds.
December 15
- We now allow for recurring products to sync to ConnectWise PSA. The products will appear as recurring in ConnectWise opportunities, which is important for the accuracy of reports generated from those opportunities.
December 14
- We've enabled Xero sync support for the United Kingdom and Europe.
- Quotes can now be saved as templates via the More menu in the quote editor. Create a quote template from an existing quote.
- We've added support for Tech Data product feeds in Europe. Refer to Tech Data (United Kingdom).
- We now sync full product descriptions, along with titles, to ConnectWise PSA opportunities.
- We've improved the Xero sync to detect and recover from situations in which an invoice number has already been used.
- We've updated our Ingram Micro product feed importer to take into account changes to some feeds that prevented accurate recognition of deleted products.
- Newegg has changed its product feed format. We've updated the importer to match this new format.
- We fixed an issue that could result in an error upon opening a quote (that is, if the ConnectWise PSA app was deleted while the quote was syncing).
- We've resolved the cause of recent spikes in response times.
December 7
- A piece of data we receive from AuthWeb has changed, which may have been causing some SSO issues. We've updated our integration to reflect the change.
- We previously accepted a maximum of only 1,000 vendors from QuickBooks Online. We've doubled this limit.
- Upon selecting a different warehouse as the delivery address in a quote, a bug was causing the state and postal code fields to be swapped. We've fixed this issue.
- We found a case in which sales orders deriving from a particular state may fail to sync to ConnectWise PSA. We've fixed this issue.
- We've continued to identify the causes of Autotask and ConnectWise PSA sync errors and resolve them wherever possible.
- We've added support for Ingram Micro product feeds in Europe. Refer to Ingram Micro (United Kingdom).
- We've introduced new couriers for Australia and New Zealand:
- Australia: New Zealand Post, Aramex, and Bonds Couriers
- New Zealand: Toll and Interparcel
- Upon creating an invoice in QuickBooks Online, Kaseya Quote Manager now detects the customer's email address and payment terms in QuickBooks and sets them in the invoice automatically.
- In addition to numeric postal codes, we now accept alphanumeric postal codes across the platform.
November
November 23
- We've made a number of improvements to the reliability of the Xero sync process, which has significantly reduced the number of cases in which we could not successfully sync a record.
- Following sporadic reports that certain settings failed to apply upon saving, we determined the cause and fixed the issue.
- While observing the performance of the application, we discovered that our user interface framework was being loaded twice. We have prevented this from occurring.
- Logic in the ConnectWise PSA sync process, which attempted to handle certain cases in which syncs were delayed, was causing more problems than it solved. We removed this logic, which should fix a number of ConnectWise sync issues.
- We found a bug that prevented the Autotask sync from handling cases in which service was disabled and then later re-enabled.
November 10
- We've made some updates to the look and feel of the Admin Center user interface, with new icons, pastel status badges and toggles, humanized text in the transaction tiles (for example, $1,000,000.23 becomes $1.23M), and updated hover and link styling on tables.
- We've added support for Arrow product feeds in the United Kingdom. At this time, Arrow is supporting only Fortinet products through its feed.
- We've also added support for Buy It Direct in the United Kingdom. Refer to Buy It Direct.
- The shipping weight units label slipped past our localization efforts. We've resolved this issue so that shipping weights are displayed in the applicable unit (that is, either lb or kg), based on the tenant region.
- We resolved a sync issue related to category and product type mapping.
- We now have a new interface for the supplier API integration, which is currently available to partners who have access to the supplier API integration feature.
November 4
- Following reports that Autotask settings often fail to save during initial setup, we've implemented changes that may resolve this issue.
- We've added support for MicroWarehouse product feeds in Europe. Refer to MicroWarehouse.
- On the Pricing settings page, we've added the option to clear a previously created margin percentage or profit amount. Refer to Edit or clear a margin rule.
November 3
- We've added support for Newegg product feeds, along with associated brands, in the United States. Refer to Newegg.
October
October 26
- We've introduced a purchase order API integration for Synnex (North America). This feature is currently available to our beta partners and will be later released to all North American partners.
- We've resolved an issue that prevented the import of very large product feeds containing more than one million products. The Ingram Micro US sample feed was affected by this limitation.
- When a distribution product feed was sent to Kaseya Quote Manager, the import would often fail and automatically retry. We've resolved this issue so that the import succeeds the first time around.
October 19
- We've updated the Sales Order Confirmation email template to display the payment surcharge or coupon discount items.
- We've added support for Westcoast product feeds in Europe. Refer to Westcoast.
- Westcoast GB has changed its product feed format. We've updated the importer to match this new format.
- We came across an issue in which a product feed included negative Stock on Hand values. In this case, we still accept the feed, but negative values are replaced with 0 instead, since we assume that anti-stock does not exist.
- We found a case in which changes to a partner's products may not be fully reflected in the search system if a malformed product caused a fault during the search indexing process. We now continue to index the remaining products instead of faulting the indexing process.
- Certain ConnectWise PSA connection failures may not have logged errors to our telemetry, making it difficult to determine why a partner may be experiencing a problem. We now log them to help better diagnose problems.
- When a sales order was synced to Autotask and we automatically created a ticket, there could be a lag of several minutes before the created ticket would appear correctly in the user interface. This is now fixed.
- We improved the error messages that will be logged when certain Autotask sync failures occur.
October 14
- When syncing invoices to Xero, we now calculate the due date as if the invoice was created within Xero. This update is intended to help partners more conveniently track upcoming and overdue payments.
- We fixed a case in which turning on the Send as Email toggle when approving a purchase order would clear the supplier's email address.
- The official ISO country data set contains subdivisions (states/regions) that include notes and exceed the column limit in our database. We implemented logic to fix these cases and examined all the country and region names to identify and correct any other inconsistencies.
- A change to the behavior of the Autotask API caused syncs to be significantly delayed or to fail completely. We've adjusted our Autotask integration to take this change into account.
- We put in place infrastructure for better diagnosing and reporting ConnectWise PSA sync failures. We are now able to detect cases in which a ticket has been deleted in ConnectWise and prevents the sync from succeeding. We now report this case back to the user rather than reporting a generic sync failed error.
- We've added support for ScanSource product feeds in Canada. Refer to ScanSource.
- We've added clickable links from Kaseya Quote Manager sales orders and quotes to synced tickets and opportunities in ConnectWise PSA. As of August, this feature is also available for Autotask.
October 7
- We've incorporated platform-wide support for partners conducting business in the United Kingdom.
- We now support appropriate currency symbols across the application.
- When setting custom product images, the image must be at least 150 pixels tall. We now provide appropriate feedback if the provided image is too small.
- We've added logic to detect and match the appropriate customer site address during the ConnectWise PSA sync process.
- We've increased the reliability of Kaseya Quote Manager syncing to/from Autotask, ConnectWise PSA, QuickBooks Online, and Xero.
- We re-added the option to explicitly send an email to a supplier when approving a purchase order.
- In order to eliminate certain types of sync errors, we altered the logic for matching purchase orders and sales orders to expand the time range in which we search for matches in Xero.
- We worked with Multimedia Technology (MMT) to establish a standard, consistent format for all product feeds and updated our importer to match.
September
September 28
- We fixed an issue in which the ConnectWise sync would attempt to receive line items that were already fully received.
- We've improved the performance of the product importers by offloading the generation of product item numbers to database.
- We've moved all our New Zealand tenants over to a dedicated New Zealand catalog from GfK Etilize, which will enable them to obtain product data and specifications for New Zealand-specific product SKUs.
- We've added support for Ingram Micro product feeds in the United Kingdom. Refer to Ingram Micro (United Kingdom).
- We've added support for Westcoast product feeds in the United Kingdom. Refer to Westcoast.
- We fixed a bug that caused the loss of purchase order due dates.
- We've enabled initial support for sending purchase orders via Lenovo's API. At this time, this option is only visible to partners who are part of our supplier API beta program.
September 21
- We've improved how we handle ConnectWise PSA data sync failures to help reduce instances of this type of problem.
- We've made some minor enhancements to the Online Store, adding the product Part Number to the stock dialog and enabling selective hiding of the Powered by Quote Manager text via ID.
- We've added a two-phase commit process for submitting purchase orders to Ingram Micro. This update allows us to ensure that purchase orders will only be confirmed once we know that the entire order will be accepted in order to prevent partial purchase orders.
- We've added the UTC Date/Time to WalkMe variables to help provide richer information from WalkMe. We also added a help redirect in case WalkMe isn't available.
- We've implemented support for product imports from Tech Data United Kingdom.
September 14
- We've continued to update and improve our Ingram Micro API integration.
- We've added United Kingdom and New Zealand datasets from GfK Etilize.
- We found that, in some cases, large text fields that were syncing to QuickBooks Online were rejected. We now truncate text fields that exceed QuickBooks limits to ensure that records continue to sync.
- We've added more tracking around AuthWeb single sign-on (SSO) logins to help us resolve any trouble partners might experience using AuthWeb SSO.
September 9
- We released initial integration with supplier APIs, starting with Ingram Micro. This feature will be available to a small number of partners during a beta phase as we work with Ingram to refine the integration.
September 6
- The Online Store now allows partners to offer a curated set of products rather than their entire catalog.
- We've implemented user interface enhancements and clean-ups.
August
August 31
- The product lock flag was incorrectly applied, causing locked products to be removed when no suppliers stocked them rather than left as intended.
- Because the previous behavior when removing a product importer was to leave the imported products as is, some records required cleaning now that we automatically remove imported products. We've done a pass through all the tenant databases and cleaned up the detritus.
- Supplier product feeds exhibit a wide range of failure modes beyond our control. To help us diagnose product feed issues faster and more accurately, we've added extra diagnostics, some of which can be surfaced in messages to end users in order to assist in self-service resolutions.
- In rare cases, a supplier product feed could be received at the same time that product feed is being deleted in Kaseya Quote Manager. This creates unnecessary errors, so we've closed off this possibility.
- As part of the ongoing work to support the United Kingdom and Europe in Kaseya Quote Manager, we've added United Kingdom and Europe couriers.
- We found a case in which product titles could be set to a blank string, which caused problems in the system (for example: We cannot send a purchase order to buy 10 [blank]s). We have prevented this from happening in the first place, and if any current products exist without titles, they'll be replaced with data from GfK Etilize during our normal daily sync process.
August 11
- When a quote in Kaseya Quote Manager is synced to an opportunity in Autotask, the opportunity name on the Kaseya Quote Manager quote page is now clickable and will take you directly to the opportunity in Autotask. An indicator next to the word Opportunity shows the sync status (Syncing, Synced, or Sync Error).
- When a sales order in Kaseya Quote Manager is synced to a ticket in Autotask, the ticket name on the Kaseya Quote Manager quote page is now clickable and will take you directly to the ticket in Autotask. An indicator next to the word Ticket shows the sync status (Syncing, Synced, or Sync Error).
- We fixed an issue that was causing the TeleSign integration to fail without indicating a problem.
- Kaseya Quote Manager now detects the BCC field of emailed product feeds in addition to the TO and CC fields.
- Multiple tenants can now receive a single product feed if all of the tenants match one or more entries in the TO, CC, or BCC fields.
- We've implemented an automatic process for cleaning and tuning tenant databases to reduce the load on our database pools and enhance both responsiveness and scalability.
July
July 27
- We've made some major user interface changes to the supplier and product feed importer configuration. Supplier product feeds are now configurable within the Supplier page, rather than on a separate page, leading to a simpler user experience.
- We've greatly reduced the time it takes for products to be searchable upon a supplier product feed updating.
- When a supplier product feed is removed, we now clean up all the products and history related to that product feed.
- In certain cases, the count of results returned by a search didn't match the actual number of results, potentially causing confusion. This has been fixed.
- We've completed the work required to update all our email templates with a fresh and modern look. The Purchase Order and Sales Order Confirmation templates have been updated first.
- We changed the email address for supplier product feeds from @gluhfeeds.com to @productfeeds.dattocommerce.com, though the @gluhfeeds.com email will continue to work. We've also changed the default email domain from @post.gluh.co to @post.dattocommerce.com.
- We corrected an issue in which the sales order confirmation and invoice emails consistently claimed that a tax invoice was attached, even if the attachment wasn't a tax invoice.
- We've updated the product feed format for Dynamic Computers.
- In certain cases, product and service descriptions were not being copied to Autotask. We resolved this issue.
- We now handle product feeds that include a currency symbol in price columns.
- We've begun implementing support for partners in the United Kingdom and Europe.
July 13
- iWorld transitioned from using a pipe symbol to a comma as a delimiter in product feeds. We've updated the product feed importer to accommodate this change.
July 6
- We've introduced quote versioning in Kaseya Quote Manager. Now, whenever a quote is saved with any changes, a new version is automatically created. You can see all the versions of a quote just as they were when they were saved by using the new Version history menu item. Pick an older version of a quote and click Restore this version to make it the current one.
- We changed the date format on invoices to DD/MM/YY, which complements the natural and culture-neutral format we use elsewhere in Kaseya Quote Manager (for example, 06 Jul 2021).
- As part of our continuous efforts to keep our user interface up to date, we made some updates to various pages (including the quote editor page) so that they scale better across different screen sizes.
June
June 29
- We've replaced the color picker used in the previous versions of the application with one that detects only valid colors upon manual HEX code entry.
- We've updated the look of a number of pages that contain simple elements, such as the pages related to logging in and creating accounts as well as the quote acceptance page.
June 24
- We've fixed the way we read the product weight from the StreakWave product feed.
- The Remove option under product images will now remove GfK Etilize images. This isn't a proper solution for partners wanting to remove or replace GfK images with their own, because the periodic image refresh process will eventually replace the deleted images. However, the button was intended to be able to remove the GfK images, even if temporarily.
- We've seen a recent increase in problems with purchase orders due to missing product titles. We do not allow purchase orders to be issued with blank rows. Instead, we now generate an automatic title from the brand and Manufacturer Part Number (for example: HP 3F9Z2PA) so that the purchase orders can be generated.
June 22
- We've added some additional fields to the data returned from our API, specifically:
- SalesOrderLine now includes Description, IsRecurring, RecurringType, and RecurringDuration
- QuoteLine now includes Description
- Product now includes IsRecommended, IsSerialized, IsRecurring, and RecurringType.
- We've updated the instructions for partners configuring their DNS setup. New partners will now need to use https://dattocommerce-02.azurefd.net instead of https://dattocommerce-01.azurefd.net, as dattocommerce-01 has reached capacity.
- We've updated our importer for StreakWave to accommodate a file format change.
- We detected and corrected an issue that could lead to an incorrect tax rate being used for United States partners when a quote was initially converted to a sales order.
- We've improved the logic used when we sync ConnectWise PSA sales orders and tickets in order to relax the rules around certain fields that are not strictly required. This update will allow these items to sync even if the related contact record has been deleted, for instance, rather than failing entirely. We also improved the error messages returned to the user when it comes to cases in which we cannot continue.
- We no longer allow setting transparent colors.
- Xero's access tokens are only valid for 20 minutes. Now, we automatically generate a new token if we detect the sync timing out.
June 8
- We now support an alternate product feed format for the Ingram Micro standard feed in the United States.
- We fixed a bug that was causing duplicate record sync errors for ConnectWise PSA to be logged as coming from Xero. As part of this fix, we now correctly report the details for duplicate record errors from ConnectWise.
- We fixed an issue that would result in ConnectWise PSA opportunities failing to sync if the opportunity name was missing. In this case, we now assign a default name (for example: Opportunity 1234) as the title.
June 1
- When cloning a product, we no longer clone the warehouse or stock-on-hand information, but we do now clone the description and specifications.
- Xero prohibits two customers from having the same name. This restriction has been an ongoing source of sync failures for partners. Now, when we encounter Xero name duplication, we rename the conflicting customer by appending a number to the end of the name in order to make it unique. This change has reduced the number of Xero sync errors by more than 90 percent.
- We've continued to refine the new dashboard with small tweaks and fixes to improve the accuracy and relevance of the alert indicators we display.
- We've made some major changes to the way that we synchronize our product feeds from GfK Etilize, which should greatly improve the speed at which we can sync data. This lessens the load on our systems and reduces the time needed to sync GfK updates down to a few minutes, in most cases.
- We found that some of the hero (primary) images we used for products did not look consistent. We revamped the logic for determining which images to use. We also discovered that, despite having a JPG extension, some images from GfK Etilize were actually PNG format and showed up in our platform with black backgrounds. We now detect this case and correct for it.
- We now support a 20-column variant of the XiT data file format.
May
May 12
- The Kaseya Quote Manager admin dashboard underwent a significant overhaul. The interface now features a central hub that helps new partners set up their tenant and highlights areas of the system that may need attention. The new hub provides quick links to important configuration steps and indicates when these steps have been successfully completed. This will make for a better onboarding experience for new partners. The hub also highlights issues with product feeds and integrations, providing a simple way to notify partners when something requires attention. We expect that this update will help partners to resolve any potential issues with the configuration of their product feeds and integrations in a timely manner.
- We've significantly revamped many of the email templates used across the platform with a clean, modern appearance. Standardizing and updating our email templates not only refreshes an important and visible part of Kaseya Quote Manager, but it's also required to enable us to offer customizable email templates in the future. This initial set of updates includes new templates for quotes, invoices, sales order approvals, employee/contact/account creation, and contact emails. We will deliver additional updates for the remaining email templates in the near future.
- Ingram Micro in North America delivers delta updates during the week, unlike Ingram in Australia and New Zealand. If a partner received delta updates, Kaseya Quote Manager would assume that any products not included in the update were deleted, thus removing most if not all Ingram Micro products. We now support delta updates for supplier product feeds so this will no longer be a problem. As part of this change, we also support additional Ingram data file formats.
- Along with image service fixes by GfK Etilize, we have updated all of the GfK-sourced images in the platform. To support some of this work, we also improved the reliability of database operations across Kaseya Quote Manager, which should reduce or eliminate some intermittent hitches. We will now update all of our GfK imagery every 90 days to prevent images from becoming outdated.
- Increasing load on our job scheduling server has caused an increase in reports of delayed email processing. Given the importance of timely email delivery for quotes and notifications, we set up a dedicated server for email jobs to ensure that emails are processed rapidly regardless of other workloads.
- The product search function now boosts the relevance of suggested products that are set as Recommended.
May 4
- We've made small changes to improve the reliability of sales order ticket sync with Autotask.
- We now sync line item descriptions to both Autotask and ConnectWise PSA.
- We've added logic to improve the reliability of ConnectWise PSA purchase order syncs.
- We've integrated Azure Application Insights and Microsoft Clarity into the web application in order to provide detailed client telemetry and user activity reporting.
April
April 23
- We fixed a problem with the ProductFinder sync caused by an ordering issue.
- We removed double quotes from the names used in Xero queries. As part of this fix, we also improved the way we handle sale or purchase contacts missing in Xero.
- We changed the names of many United States tax categories to be more comprehensible and descriptive.
- Tech Data (United States) has multiple different data formats. We confirmed which are valid, and we now support those variants.
- Quotes can now be synced to Autotask even without a matching contact. This update will improve the reliability of quote syncing.
- In the past, we displayed an option to retry any failed syncs. Sometimes, this option was void, such as in the instance that the source or target of the sync no longer existed. We now automatically resolve these types of sync failures.
April 14
- We've substantially reworked the product page layout for the sake of clarity and simplicity. The impetus for these user interface changes was that we now enable United States tenants to specify a tax code at the product level, overriding the tax code inherited from the product's category.
- The Kaseya Quote Manager API docs were showing the incorrect server name in a drop-down list. This issue has been resolved.
April 8
- We've added an initial supplier importer for Lenovo.
- The AuthWeb outage this morning exposed a latent issue with Kaseya Quote Manager that caused it to recycle when it was unable to obtain critical information from AuthWeb. This issue has been fixed so that failures to communicate with AuthWeb will not affect the broader application.
- Some partners are subscribed to outdated Tech Data product feeds that differ from the current format. Tech Data has confirmed that this is expected and normal, so we have updated our importer to handle these feeds.
- Product images with transparent backgrounds were rendering with a black background. We now force transparent backgrounds to white.
April 5
- We've added importers for Canadian suppliers D&H, Ingram Micro, Synnex, and Tech Data.
- We've added support for replacing ISO country names with preferred variants. In some cases, the official ISO standard country names do not match common uses, and in the specific case of the United Kingdom, the name was so long it violated database constraints and caused sync failures.
- Due to concerns raised by the Kaseya legal team, we have removed the sample privacy, refund, and terms of use policy generators.
March
March 30
- We've made a number of improvements to the AuthWeb single sign-on experience, including the addition of a landing page for attempts to log in without a tenant.
- We've introduced support for United States partners to be able to set appropriate tax codes on a per-product level, overriding the category-wide tax codes that were previously set.
- We are releasing some preparatory changes to enable support for Canadian supplier product feeds. This support will be enabled over the next few days as we complete testing.
- Email addresses containing apostrophes caused problems with the ConnectWise PSA snyc. We now strip out apostrophes from email addresses when syncing with ConnectWise. This will affect email addresses such as suzy.o'malley@test.com. It's worth noting that apostrophes are not actually valid characters in conventional email addresses. We found another, separate cause related to this bug and have fixed it. Some tenants have a large number of duplicated addresses for some contacts. We will be remediating these automatically over the next couple of days.
- We fixed a ConnectWise PSA sync issue related to customers with a missing billing state.
March 23
- We've improved the WalkMe experience by enabling the tool to automatically detect the number of days since tenants were created. This update allows for tips and help to be customized.
- We fixed an issue in which the Xero sync copied over only the Title field and not the description for a sales order.
- We've implemented a new product feed importer for Go Wireless NZ.
- We've added support to our internal provisioning tool for Canadian partners.
- We've improved the Kaseya single sign-on experience.
- We fixed an issue that caused duplicate customer addresses to be created in Kaseya Quote Manager when the second line of the address in ConnectWise PSA was null during the sync process.
March 18
We released a change to greatly improve the speed at which we process Autotask and ConnectWise PSA syncs.
March 16
- We've implemented general login screen improvements. For local (non-SSO) accounts, the password entry dialog box now shows your sign-in email address. The dialog box also features a Back link to return to email entry.
- On the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages in the Online Store, an exclamation icon now displays next to the calculated tax amount if Kaseya Quote Manager is unable to automatically calculate tax on the order. If the user hovers over the icon, a popover message will explain the reason why tax could not be calculated (most commonly because the user hasn't entered a valid delivery address yet).
- We've enabled Xero sync for tenants in Canada, which follows the same process as the United States sync.
- We found an issue when syncing Autotask customer records if the country subdivision (state, province, etc.) couldn't be found. This was a regression from the old behavior where an unrecognized country or subdivision would be synced as is. The old behavior has been restored.
- Support for Canadian tax calculations has been added using the same back-end service we employ for United States tax.
- When configuring a tax nexus for United States tax, you will now see an option to set shipping tax calculations for delivery to that tax nexus state as Auto, Fully taxed, or Not taxed. The Auto setting lets the tax service apply its standard US tax rules. Fully taxed will always apply the ordinary, non-exempt tax rate for the destination state to the shipping charges. Not taxed will never apply tax to the shipping charges.
- We've adjusted the manner in which purchase orders are receipted when syncing with ConnectWise PSA. We hope this update will solve cases in which some line items are not receipted.
- We made a number of changes to the way we handle search in the application to improve responsiveness and reduce load on our search system during peak times.
- We resolved an issue that was preventing some customers from syncing. Any customer records affected by this issue should have been resolved automatically.
- The word Admin has been added to the admin link at the bottom of the Online Store (when a partner is logged into their site).
March 8
- We've improved search performance and fixed an issue that was causing the Show More button to function incorrectly under certain conditions.
- We fixed issues related to the ConnectWise PSA purchase order sync process.
- When creating a new customer, the Price Groups drop-down menu showed values a factor of 100 too large (that is, 3,000% instead of 30%). Although this only affected the display of the values, and the system detected the correct values, the decimal point now displays in the correct format.
March 3
- We fixed a bug on the General settings page that prevented page saves.
- We've updated the VST product feed importer to match a change in VST's product feed file format.
- We've updated a couple of site hyperlinks that were pointing to incorrect Kaseya Quote Manager URLs.
March 1
- Glüh is now Kaseya Quote Manager! The application officially sports its new Kaseya Quote Manager colors and branding.
- The WalkMe guide and help experience is now live.
- We made small user interface tweaks and consistency fixes.
- We now match searches based on product category (previously, we matched only brand, title, and Part Number).
- We've improved the relevance algorithm so that products with a higher sales volume appear at the top of search results.
- We plan to continue improving search performance.
February
February 23
- We've improved performance of product search for all search requests.
- Sales order reference numbers are now editable.
- On sales order pages, the Reference field has been moved from beneath the Order Date field to beneath the Customer field.
- As part of maintaining user interface consistency, we've swapped the Opportunity and Owner fields on the quote editor page, placing Owner first.
- We've improved the reliability of the ConnectWise PSA sync process by automatically resolving existing purchase orders in ConnectWise rather than immediately assuming duplication.
- Country and state information is now synced consistently across Autotask, QuickBooks Online, and ConnectWise PSA.
- We've improved the Xero integration to better account for United States tax.
- Instead of requiring the sales and shipping tax types to be manually selected, the Xero app will now show the following message when a tenant is configured for United States tax: "Xero Sync will automatically assign tax rates. No configuration is required."
- Upon account creation or sign-in, the Kaseya Quote Manager sign-in page will now display any errors returned by the Kaseya single sign-on system.
- We made changes that we expect will improve the speed of search results.
